1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between HomeTutor.pk (the Academy) and the registered tutor.
By joining HomeTutor.pk and accepting tuition assignments, the tutor agrees to comply with all policies stated below.

2. Commission Policy

  1. HomeTutor.pk charges 50% commission from the first month’s fee only.

  2. The first month’s fee will be collected directly by HomeTutor.pk from the client.

  3. The tutor will receive their remaining 50% share after confirmation of regular classes.

  4. From the second month onward, no commission will be charged unless otherwise agreed.

3. Demo Class Policy

  1. HomeTutor.pk offers 2 days free demo classes to the client.

  2. Tutors are required to conduct demo classes professionally and sincerely.

  3. No payment will be made for demo classes.

  4. If the client approves the tutor after demo classes, regular classes will begin.

4. Verification & Security Requirements

For security and verification purposes, every tutor must provide:

  • Updated CV / Resume

  • Clear copy or picture of CNIC (Front & Back)

  • Recent contact details

HomeTutor.pk reserves the right to reject any tutor if verification documents are incomplete or suspicious.

5. Professional Conduct

All tutors must:

  • Maintain professionalism and punctuality

  • Be loyal and committed to HomeTutor.pk

  • Communicate respectfully with students and parents

  • Complete agreed teaching duration (minimum commitment as discussed)

  • Inform the academy before taking any leave

Unprofessional behavior, negligence, or misconduct may result in removal from the academy.

6. Strict Policy Against Direct Dealing

  1. Tutors are strictly prohibited from making direct financial arrangements or private agreements with clients introduced by HomeTutor.pk.

  2. Any attempt to bypass the academy for personal financial benefit will be considered a serious violation.

  3. If a tutor is found involved in direct dealing:

    • The tutor will be immediately blacklisted

    • Permanent removal from HomeTutor.pk

    • Legal action may be taken under applicable laws

    • The tutor may be liable for financial damages

HomeTutor.pk maintains zero tolerance for direct dealing.

7. Commitment & Responsibility

Tutors must:

  • Remain committed for the agreed duration

  • Not leave tuition without prior notice

  • Provide honest academic support to students

  • Protect the reputation and integrity of HomeTutor.pk

8. Termination Rights

HomeTutor.pk reserves the right to:

  • Replace a tutor if complaints arise

  • Cancel tuition if necessary

  • Terminate tutor registration at any time in case of policy violation

9. Agreement

By joining the HomeTutor.pk WhatsApp group or accepting any tuition assignment, the tutor confirms that:
